Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades are effective immediately, while downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no fees for changing plans. Simply notify our community manager or update your plan through the member portal.
Absolutely! We offer a 10% discount for annual prepayments on all monthly plans. This applies to Hot Desk Pro, Dedicated Desk, and Private Studio plans. Contact our sales team for custom quotes for teams larger than 10 people.
The Hot Desk Pro plan ($250/month) includes: 24/7 access to the workspace, high-speed WiFi, unlimited coffee & tea, 10 hours of meeting room usage per month, 100 pages of printing credit, personal locker storage, and invitations to all community events. It's our most popular plan for individuals who need flexibility and full amenities.
Access & Hours
Yes! Members with monthly plans (Hot Desk Pro, Dedicated Desk, Private Studio) receive keycard access that works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our reception is staffed Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM and Saturday 10AM-4PM for assistance. Day Pass members have access during staffed hours only.
Members can bring up to 2 guests per day at no additional charge. Guests must be signed in at reception and are welcome to use common areas. For client meetings, we recommend booking one of our meeting rooms. Private Studio members have more flexibility with guest access for their team members.
Amenities
We provide enterprise-grade fiber internet with speeds up to 1Gbps up/down. We have redundant connections to ensure 99.9% uptime. The network is secured with WPA2-Enterprise encryption. For video calls and large file transfers, you'll experience minimal latency. We also have Ethernet ports available at most desks.
Hot Desk Pro members receive 10 hours of meeting room usage per month. Dedicated Desk members get 15 hours, and Private Studio members get 20 hours. Additional time can be booked at $25/hour. All meeting rooms are equipped with 4K displays, conference phones, and whiteboards. Bookings are managed through our member portal.
Membership
Our Day Pass has no commitment. Monthly plans require a minimum 30-day commitment, after which you can cancel with 30 days' notice. We don't require long-term contracts. Private Studio plans for teams may have different terms based on team size and custom requirements.
